On the one hand, it can be isolating and debilitating, on the other, liberating and victorious. Having been through it's influence and effects, the author shares her amazing journey of discovery and triumph after facing such a challenge. The book is intended to encourage and enlighten those who may feel the need to explore unresolved emotional issues, and to give support to anyone on a similar pathway.
