About The Author
A former high school English teacher and 2007 graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Audrey Alfson now works from her home in southeast Minnesota, which she shares with her husband, two children and Border Collie, Jesse.
When she's not playing with her kids, writing, or thinking about gardening, she teaches classes about healthy eating to children and adults and provides nutritional counseling to individuals wanting to improve their health, reduce stress and find balance in their lives.
As a wife, mother, health counselor, and author, Audrey is passionate about sharing her knowledge of health and food with anyone who will listen.
